About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical therapy needs in a home setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and quality of life.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress in compliance with regulations.
Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients throughout their recovery journey.
Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Previous experience in home health care or outpatient settings preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Current CPR certification and knowledge of safety protocols.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.

Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
